Return Window

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy.

Customers have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be unopened
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • Item must be in the same condition as received

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Beauty Products (Important)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened beauty products are non-refundable
  • Used beauty products are non-returnable
  • Products without original packaging will not be accepted

This policy protects all customers and ensures product safety.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 7 days only if:

  • The product is defective
  • The product was damaged during shipping
  • You received the wrong item

  • Clear photos of the item
